This group of islands is a very popular U.S. tourist destination and as with most of the Caribbean countries it has a wealth of recreational opportunities. Temperatures are warm year round and there are certainly no lack of beaches and sunshine. The British Virgin Islands are quite stable both politically and economically. The official and only spoken language is English. The legal system is based on English Common Law, with local modifications. The official currency is the US dollar and there are no local exchange control regulations. The two main industries are tourism and offshore finance. This jurisdiction offers maximum security of assets, including the possibility to transfer domicile, abilities to transfer assets to another company, trust, association or partnership, and to merge with another British Virgin Island’s company or with a foreign corporation in another country. |

Furthermore, there are no exchange controls, money can be taken in or out of the island without any permission, and profits can be repatriated easily in any currency. |
